CU Boulder Hellems Renovation

We completed a restoration as part of CU Boulder’s Hellems Arts and Sciences renovation (2024–2025), contributing to the preservation of one of the campus’s most historic and heavily used academic buildings.

Originally built in 1921 as the university’s first Tuscan Vernacular structure, Hellems continues to serve generations of students while undergoing critical upgrades for accessibility, safety, and modern learning. We recently documented the installed lanterns on-site, capturing the finished work within this landmark renovation.
